Return Policy

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Buddy Timer, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

2. Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@buddytimer.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different one, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
